Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

now shipping to australia, usa and within the uk

We are now shipping to more destinations, including Australia, the USA and domestically within the UK. Unfortunately, due to increasingly complex post-Brexit postal and hallmarking rules. we are unable to ship to the  EU.

Within the UK 

  • Items will be sent by Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service, at a flat rate of £4.50 to cover p&p

  • Items will be dispatched within 3-5 days – this is NOT the delivery time. This is the time it will take for me to prepare and package the item to bring to the post office.

  • Once the parcel has been dropped off at the Royal Mail collection point, delivery to you should take no longer than two days, but is wholly dependant on Royal Mail.

  • Seadragon Silver is not responsible for any delays outside our control.

International 

  • Items will be sent by Royal Mail's International Tracked service, at a flat rate of £15 to cover p&p

  • Items will be dispatched within 3-5 days – this is NOT the delivery time. This is the time it will take for me to prepare and package the item to bring to the post office.

  • Once the parcel has been dropped off at the Royal Mail collection point, delivery to you should take between 7-10 working days, but is wholly dependant on Royal Mail and the relevant postal carriers within the destination country.

  • Seadragon Silver is not responsible for any delays outside our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted BUT please contact me first, within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery or refund will not be issued.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any

problems with your order.

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Refunds will not be issued until item is returned and received.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • IMPORTANT: If returning item from outside the UK, please use original packaging and clearly mark "RETURNED ITEM" on the item, to avoid incurring VAT and import charges. If charges are incurred, the buyer is responsible and payment will be deducted from any refund.
